End-User (Visitor) to our Web page

A(n) end user (visitor) is defined as one who accesses any part of the Roosevelt LULAC Web page. By visiting the Roosevelt LULAC Web page, you agree not to attempt the changing of any information, nor taking any information, document, application, picture, logo, or text, and publishing it on another site or location, without giving or expressing credit where it is due. You also agree not to use this site as a method to harass any individual, group, company, organization, entity, or committee by the use of offensive, derogatory, or questionable images, words, or statements. You may not use any information on this site without permission from its owner(s). You also agree not to attempt to breach security methods employed to secure the Web page, (i.e.: passwords, user names, encryption, etc.) to attempt unauthorized logon to the domain.

Electronic Caching/Scanning

When visiting RooseveltLULAC.com, you agree to not use a computer program (i.e. "bot") to scan our pages for e-mail addresses or hyperlinks. You may not use these programs for illegal activities targeted through our site. You may not cache the information found with the purpose of spamming the e-mail addresses, fax numbers, phone numbers, or sites listed here. Information

We provide a great resource of information on many different items and topics. However, since the members of this Council are high school students, we do not know the answers to all of your questions or request. When this happens, we will do our best to direct you to another person or organization that may be better qualified or equipped to answer your question or fit your needs. When asking questions, please be as detailed as possible, but be brief with your requests. Do not use profane language or questionable remarks when contacting anyone whose information appears on this page. Solicitation of sexual favors, requests to meet in private, or the like should not be made.

Research

You may use any of the information contained on the RooseveltLULAC.com Web page as research materials for school projects, research projects, etc. We cannot guarantee that all of the information found on this Web page is 100% accurate. Information changes over time, and, since the Web page is only updated a few days out of a normal working week, you may run into outdated information. Any pictures found here are the properties of LULAC National Organization or this Council. This Web page is maintained and operated by and independent LULAC council. THIS WEB PAGE IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE LEAGUE OF UNITED LATIN AMERICAN CITIZENS (LULAC) National Organization. To contact the National Organization, under which the Roosevelt LULAC chapter is chartered, visit http://www.lulac.org. Understand that we DO NOT speak or make claims on behalf of any of the LULAC hierarchies, be it a LULAC District, State, or the National Youth or National Organization, or any of their employees, volunteers, partners, etc..

Photography

By allowing any of our members to photograph you while at a LULAC event (sponsored or affiliated), you agree to allow this Council to use those pictures on our Website (RooseveltLULAC.com) or submit them for usage in other LULAC publications or LULAC-related sites, documents, pages, posters, billboards, etc. We may also submit our pictures to the media or law enforcement agencies upon their request to us to do so.

The Roosevelt Memorial Council takes many pictures during the year, including some at public events. While some members of LULAC may be pictured with political figures, it does not mean that the person photographed endorses or supports these political figures. Pictures of companies, their spokespersons, or other entities that are not LULAC does not indicate that this Council or LULAC supports or endorses these entities.

Pictures and Council Logo/Seal
There are many photographs found across the RooseveltLULAC.com website. Any photography taken by any member or representative of the council is copyrighted, and such copyright belongs to the Franklin Roosevelt Memorial Council.

The Council's logo and seal appears at the top of each page within this site (some documents hosted at this site may or may not contain the council's log). This logo/seal is copyrighted and the property of the Franklin Roosevelt Memorial Council.

The LULAC shield/logo and the LULAC seal are copyrighted and are the property of the League of United Latin American Citizens. As a chartered chapter of LULAC, we may use the logo, so long as it complies with the guidelines stipulated in LULAC's constitution.

Photography and logos may be used under "fair use" without permission, but the use of our full-resolution logos or pictures may be a violation of applicable copyright laws in some jurisdictions or cases.
