The Mission of the League of United Latin American Citizens is to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States.

Franklin Roosevelt Memorial Council's Mission

The mission of the Franklin Roosevelt Memorial Council is to instill into the minds of youth the importance of community service, patriotism, and education, while engaging the student in the workings of the government, ensuring that the polictical, economic, and educational attainment of minorities increases at all levels.
